Ranger repair manuals

Where can I get a really decent repair manual (digital preferred) for my 2002 Ranger? I have a cheap digital version from ebay which is ok for the price but not very thorough.

You should be able to get a digital copy of the factory shop manual. Have you checked eBay?

I got my factory Ford workshop manual set on ebay for my 2009. Best thing you can buy. I got the actual printed version but they had the CD versions as well. Think I paid a little over $100 for the 3 book set (includes the wiring diagrams) the CD versions were cheaper but I like having the books.

Weird - they only went back to 2000 on the ranger, and when I used that it tried to sell me a manual for a 7.3.

Huh... That is where I got my manuals for the 2011 and 2019. I can't remember if I did ebay for the 1998 or Helm.

EDIT: What do you know? I went there just because and there IS a manual for the 7.3 Diesel.... Weird list of vehicles that it supposedly applies to as well....

Something is messed up for sure. They have been my go to for years. I got my Service Manuals for the Honda CR-Vs from them as well.

Ordered the set from Helm, Inc. $55 and paper only - which is fine by me.

Ooops. Helm no longer has Ranger shop manuals - at least not for my 2002 Ranger.

I ordered an Owner's Manual by mistake. I tried to get a return/refund but Helm told me to just keep it and they would return me $35 of the $55 price tag.

Anyone need a 2002 Owner's manual? Yours free if you pay the shipping (probably $15 or less).

Not the factory repair manual, however most public libraries have access to an alldata type software on the website.

I’ve used it plenty of time to estimate what I was getting myself into.
