ranger leveling kit question

i have a 92 ford ranger 2.3 4cyl 2wd
if i install 2 inch coil spacers do i need to buy new shocks?

any other comments on leveling welcome

New shocks are not a necesity, but, you will stretch em out to the max, making it a very stiff ride. I would strongly recommend changing em out

I did the leveling springs and the skyjacker shocks are about 35 a piece and they're good to 2 inches on lift. They work pretty good.

find out the length extended and what ends they have add the lift length to the stock shock and look at the listings to see what shock will work.

unless you want to spend more then get higher end ones.
