Hey guy's. New to this site kind of. I have been using this site for information for a couple years now and finally couldn't find a tech answer in the tech library. I don't know if I'm posting this on the correct board?
I have a 1990 ranger 2.9L auto standard cab long box 2wd. and i am looking at picking up a friends '90 bronco II with a 2.9L (very cheap). The engine in my truck is screwed but the rest is in great shape. The bronco is in good shape but the tranny is screwed.
So I am wondering if it is possible to put my cab on to the bronco's frame without a ton of fab work, if any? I want a 4wd and need a new motor so this could be a cheap way to go about it if I can do this.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
