wow, your truck sounds like it has some serious issues. has it ever been sunk or on fire?

all of those codes will cause you to fail emissions (having a CEL on will cause you to fail, for that matter)

by the way, p1409 is egr, not evr.

no the truck is stock and yes i know any check engine lite will make u fail.im not an idiot.i was just asking for any info on how to make it go away so it could pass smog!and what would being sunk or fire hav to do with the codes?yes it is egr obviously it was a typo....i need to know what the codes r for and what to do to fix the prob...thanx...

First this is a free info forum so please be patient if questions are asked that may seem obvious to you. We don't know your skill level or knowledge.
Now if your truck was in a fire or sunk you could have wiring problems. for the 3 O2 sensor ckt fault codes as long as the sensors are plugged in and the wires are not damaged i would say that you need to replace the sensors. but since you have the other O2 sensor code and other ckt fault codes it could be something more than bad sensors.

The first thing I'd do is pull the plug at the PCM and check it for grunge or corrosion. The PCM is on the firewall toward the passenger side. Then visually look over the whole wiring harness for damage. With a slew of codes like that I'd expect to see a part of the harness crushed/burned or a rotten plug.
