Random wipers on a 99?

I know that I am not the first to have this happen. The wipers will just wipe one time and then back to park when I am driving down the road, wipers off. Whats up with this? Wiper switch?

Cool, thanks. I Had to pull one of these apart on a Crown Vic I had, but for a different issue. I didn't know it would cause this.
