speaking of enjoying it.....went to TB yesterday and met up with Rick so he could see what he has been missing....
well....after that last shot the truck was running rough....thought it might just be warm so figured I would shut it off and take a break....
well...after BS'n for a bit went to fire her back up and she wouldn't stay runnin'....acted like I was out of gas....
so we pulled the filler neck off the tank in the bed and saw we had plenty....could hear the fuel pump cycling....so I crawled under the truck and removed the fuel filter....needless to say it was clogged....
but, by the time we figured that out the battery was dead....so Rick went to the top of the trail and got a ride back to the main gate where he brought his ST back to where we were.....
after pulling my battery my ground cable wires pulled out of the clamp....so that showed us why the battery went dead so quick...it wasn't getting charged like it should....
Rick packed my battery to the top of the hill and swapped out his battery after firing up ST and brought his back down....we put his battery in and she fired right up....
needless to say we called it quits as my Ranger died again once we made it back to the trailer...
so, $14 for a fuel line quick disconnect tool and a cheap battery cable clamp and 30 minutes later I had a running Ranger.....too bad I did it when I got home....but, I had a blast anyways....
oh, and while we were running back to the front gate....Rick got a couple shots of the ST flexin'
and I have to give thanx to Brandi for taking the pics
