yeah, several times yesterday the rear locker would unlock /slip at the most inopurtune time....the 9" will have a spool/welded.....

still not sure what to do about the front.....I know I will be locked, but want selectable which = $$$$......

also several times my 32" tires were just too short at times.....will have 35/36/37 tires once the swap is done.....

I picked up a FW HP D44 and 9" from a 78' Bronco....they have 3.73's in them, which is what I have in the Ranger now....so will run them until I save up for the gears and a selectable front locker....

got a Lock-Rite lunchbox in the 8.8 right now......

right now I am searching for some EB/F150 factory radius arms....and find some EB springs to start the swap....

exactly....need the stock arms mostly for the axle clamps....

but the stock arms are pretty close to the length of Ranger TTB extended arms.....so may just mod them to use Johnny Joints....

Yeah, but there are always longer arms out there...
For example, the arms for my D44 mount flush to the rear of the t-case, and push the axle forward 3" over stock.

nothing worth talking about....just gathered a few parts....been helping with a few other guys stuff on the weekends we haven't wheeled....and of course wheeling

here in a month you will be pleasantly surprised at what will be accomplished....
