Are the threads on the bushing/frame end of 4x4 radius arms the same on RBV's TTB and F-150's TTB & solid axles? I'm looking to get the Stone Crusher radius arm extensions.

Thats an interesting prospect, I'd be interested in knowing more. I doubt stock arms could hande a lot unless you beefed up the stock arms by boxing in the back and re-enforcing the mounting tabs.

I wouldn't trust any extension that merely attaches to the arm by threading onto the end of it. That part of the arm was never designed for that kind of leverage.

The best way to make an extended arm is by using a fat piece of tubing welded into the arm, strengthening it's full structure in the process.

Extended TTB arms:

Extended solid axle arms:

Most of those extensions I've seen like you are talking about work well. You thread them on THEN weld up around. I know people running these on fullsize trucks with no problems.
