I've been searching for what seems like two hours... and I still can't find anything. I found an old thread from '07 that had pics with broken links.

I'm trying to find out the order of how the bushings and that plastic piece install on to the radius arm.

It looks like it may be...

front to back: conical washer -> larger thicker bushing -> cross member -> plastic piece -> smaller thinner bushing -> flat washer -> nut

Do I have this correct? If not, can some one enlighten me please?

I wouldn't bet a million $ on it, but that sounds correct.

Don't quite feel like laying down in icy slush to check.:D

Yeah, you got it right. It is really self explanitory if you look at it long enough. The plastic ring fits onto the round part of the crossmember. There may be rust scale that needs to be removed or, if the old bushing got bad enough it wore through the round part. You just need to bend, chip, tweak the crossmember until that plastic ring fits onto the crossmember fully.

:headbang: Thanks everyone! I checked the replies earlier and just finished up installing them a little over an hour ago. Now all I need to do is get a few loose parts and find a buyer for this lowering kit.

Thanks again.
