I have searched and couldn't find a thread that is exactly the same. So sorry.

I have small leak here. Leaking coolant only not ATF.

I believe this is a transmission cooling line. The leak is coming from exactly where the arrow is pointing, where the longer hex fastener goes into the flat hex shaped thing. I tried to tighten the fastener but it barely budged and is still leaking.

So, what I am I supposed to do here? Is this something I can fix by replacing something or could it be that the rad is cracked around there?

The transmission cooler is a separate system contained inside the radiator. It just uses the engine coolant to cool it (that's why it is at the bottom of the rad). So it you have a coolant leak around one of the transmission fittings you have a leak in the radiator. I don't know if the rad/trans fitting comes apart on a 94 (not the tran cooler line connector, the fitting in the actual radiator tank). If so you may be able to replace it or a gasket or am o-ring or?????

You could take the tank off and replace the gasket/o-rings, but by the time you buy the tools to uncrimp and re-crimp the tank to the aluminum radiator it would be easier and about the same cost to buy a completely new radiator online. And the effiency of the old rad is probably compromised by years of neglect....how many of you change the rad fluid every two years? I didn't until recently.
