Lol ya it's extremely clean with a lot of good parts. Just not sure if I want to drive something that old, the 92+ are a better looking and a little more modern inside and out.

Well, since I couldn't find a Bronco I really liked and I REALLY needed something to drive I bought a super clean 95 Ext cab 2.3 5speed with 83k origional miles. Its not the coolest thing but it will get me around until i find something I really want. Already started doing a few things to it lol.

Probably not. With the few things I have done to the 4.0 it scoots along pretty well. My goal is to race the HDRA redline @ stateline in january. If it feels like it needs more power after that I will likely be putting a 302 under the hood.

maybe a supercharger? or the classes you want to race dont allow forced induction?

Ya I like it so far, drive the piss out of it and still get good mileage lol

I acquired a rebuilt 5speed for the truck. Going to take it to my trans guy to see if there is anything wrong with it or a way to make it any better/stronger. Then going to swap it in and hope it lasts lol.

I was looking for one but a friend had this factory trans layin around and I got it for $200 with everything needed for the swap. So we will see how it holds up for now.

5 speed is bolted up. Have no time to really work on it anymore. May be taking it to Burnetts Motorsports to have some work done here soon.

I did manage to roll it out to wash it up with the other ranger.

Also found a surprise when I went to pull my auto.

The 4.0 now has a 5 speed behind it? A 4.0 5spd in that will be fun to drive. Im liking the new Ranger having another 2.3 5spd must be fun having one again I have always loved that color green.

Looks like you and your gal have nice house certainly a 2 car garage is a big plus. Looking forward to see what the next plans are for the white one.

Ya im excited to have more control over the truck again, just hope it holds up. Driving the 2.3 5speed will make the 4.0 seem like a rocket lol. Not that the 4cyl is all that slow. From 0-75 it was faster than our newer S-10 shop truck and co-workers Honda Fit lol.
