Quick question about value?

As most of you know I totaled (pretty sure) my ranger last sunday. The amount of damage is to both fenders, hood ,corner lights, roof is caved in, both doors smashed, all glass is gone. box is dented and torn and tail lights are gone.

Along with some other things. Anyways, now time to deal with the insurance company, I know things are worth slightly more\ less in the states but does anyone know what they might offer me. Anyone have a similar truck that was totaled? I am just trying to gather as much info before hand so if I have to fight with them I come prepared

I have looked at local adds and the black book for Canada plus VMR canada, which is another used vehicle value site. Just looking for some more info, thanks!
