Im just making sure but will a manual 1350 transfer case bolt in place of an electric 1354 case? I know the output on the 1350 is different then the 1354.
 
Yes, same bolt pattern and spline count

but if the vehicle already is already set-up for a 13-54
you would be better off with a 13-54 manual t-case

You won't need to modify the driveshaft, the 13-54 comes
with a far superior driveshaft..

And there are shifter issues with the 13-50 because ford kept changing the 13-50 shifters so they only fit one transmission.

For a 13054 there is only ONE manual shifter it fits ALL transmissions
that have the mounting pillars for the shifter.
