quick 4.0 header question

how hard is it to put headers on a 4.0 with the motor in the truck how much of a job is it to do and has anyone seen a differance with them.

its not bad i put a set on my 93. only problem i had was trying to get the ****ing bolts in and had to re-tap all the holes

its pretty hard to get the bolts off penetrating lube or not, not to mention you have to dismantle the whole exhaust. Putting the flanges back in between headers and the Y pipe SUCKS!! You need like 4 hands. But if your bolts are loose it could be a 3 hour job or so start to finish.
