ok so my best bet is just to go back to stock airbox setup?? i have the same setup as what mixwell has in the pic except i have the larger spectre filter thats about twice the size of his...ive also heard about ppl cutting holes in the bottom or side(away from engine) of their stock airbox to help with airflow??

No, they do it to sound cool and I haven't heard of people doing that since I was on VDub forums. Just remove the silencer.

Believe me, it doesn't need any HOLES!! It's designed to flow way more air than the engine will pull!!!!

the diablosport module is a waste of money unless you are boosting the engine and installing a larger maf. even if you put in a cold air intake ported the heads put rockers in headers and a full exhaust u dont need to touch the maf. leave it alone or you will have problems. go back to the stock airbox, remove the silencer and call it a day. when your warranty goes out then consider underdrives and 1.7 rockers. beyond that your going into the engine. remove the diablosport and ebay it to get your money back, if the dealer sees it on there your warranty is toast.

You have no idea they type of data that is stored in PCMs today! Data that is in a NV memory, that stays there when the battery is removed.......

As stated before, he can kiss his warranty GOOD BY!!!

well i have seen a good diff with the diablo on my truck...im glad i got it...also im at 42000 miles, even though i have the 10yr/100000mi warranty im not worried cuz i have connections at my local dealer who do not care about warranties...actually they did a shitload of stuff to it for free under warraty when i was at 35000 miles that did not need to be done but just because i got connections...they rebuilt my whole frontend, rearend, and a few other things that were perfect but now there brand new just cuz...so im not really worried about my warranty

just a word of wisdom, be careful what you do. since your not worried about the warranty underdriving and 1.7 rockers will give you the most benefit to go w/ the mods youve done already. anything else the engine comes apart or your boosting.
