1. i have a 98 extended cab ranger. i wanna do a body lift 3 inch. will i be able to get the 3 inches and level it out?

2. on 4 wheel parts i found superlift shocks. i want to do a 3inch but do i have to have a body lift first to get the 3 inch suspension lift?
