I just bought the rough country 4 inch lift kit for 2wd rangers with i beams. 1994 ranger. When i bought it i didn't notice it didn't come with sway bar brackets. I want to just remove it but if i do then do i have to take the back off too?

The kit will be here tomorrow so all answers are really appriciated

No you don't have to remove the rear sway bar. I currently run that way.

Note that without the front bar, the handling may be adversely affected.

I almost crashed because mine was off. It wasn't the only problem with the truck but handled terrible without it. I can't believe someone hasn't find replacement longer end links from a different vehicle. That would be great if they could. I had a guy make me 2 from rectangular square tubing.
