Questions about the chevy 64 springs

Do i need to have the springs re-arched? And if so whats the best way to do that? I dont know how to find a place that can do it. Also when im flipping the rear shackle hanger and relocating the front what size hardware do i need to replace the ones cut off? Its a 94 2wd if that matters, and this is how it looks now pretty much all stock.

Oh and one more thing, which trucks usually have the 64 inch springs? The local junk yard always has lots of s10s but not very often a full size
