I just bought the rough country 4 inch lift kit for 2wd rangers with i beams. 1994 ranger. When i bought it i didn't notice it didn't come with sway bar brackets. I want to just remove the sway bar but want to know if i should leave the rear sway bar on or take it off too.

going that big i would think there would be alot of body roll. if you are not going to wheel it. i would leave the rear sway bar on. you could also make custom extended sway bar end links for the front.

It will be going offroad alot, basically doing doughnuts, drifting through little tracks we made and going kinda fast down trails, i dont wanna tip my truck over or flip it so im really concerned. I honestly dont think i have what it takes to make my own bracket or make something that will function

Leave both bars on. Removing the bars will give more traction and also have more body roll so easier to flip.

I left it on, do you think it may be holding the front down a bit? The kit was suspose to level the truck but it seems like the front is still lower to me, but that may just be in my head.

And same

The sway bars should have no influence on ride height.

Rangers sit lower in the front, by about 2". To level the truck you likely need the rear lift spec +2" for the front.
