Question

Looks right to me.

Coil packs are a bit more forgiving that a distributor. If you get a set of paired cylinder's flipped, it will still run properly.

Well tryed the way he showed like this:

3>>6
2>>5
1>>4

and i was back firing and everything so i tried the other one like this
3>>4
2>>6
1>>5

and shes running good, I actually glued/taped lol, that vacuum hose that was under the throttle body, just temporarly... you think itll hurt the truck?? Also broke a black little cap thats off of the intake manifold.. not sure wat it was. was racheting away and i just tapped it, but its so cold out the plastic just broke.. anyone tell me wat that cap wat? It just a small cap on an other piece thats off of the intake manifold.

its easier to use the IMG code from photobucket, but yeah, you can attach the file.

Also figured out why it was backfiring the first time you hooked the wires up.

the pic that goes

3 6
2 5
1 4

represents the engine, not the coil pack.

the one that goes

3 4
2 6
1 5

represents the coil pack.

You can see by that brown thing off the manifold theres a snapt piece, next image shows better. I dont no wat it is but ill have to fix it either way, just corious if itll cause damage or fuel mileage problems etc in the meantime.

Alrighty then. Time to throw some technical terms at this problem.

The "brown thing" is your IAC. The "knob" is probably a cap and has no value other than blocking the hole under it.

The tube on the TB I think is your PCV return hose. Not having that hooked up could be bad. Find the other end and then get some braided hose and reconnect them.
