i have a 193 ford f-150 and im puttin on a 18'' glass pack with a turndown the engines not big its only a v6 so is it gping to sound good or what?

There isn't a 19X3 F-150 with a V-6.

I don't really care for the sound of a V-6, but that is a personal opinion thing.

.....No not really. Glasspacks are not gonna make that thing sound like a V8, if thats what your after. Go for a deeper tone by using a chambered muffler. Also, they won't blow their guts out the tailpipe. Use the turndown for a more aggressive tone, however exhaust will find its way into your cab when stopped at a light.
