Son's 99 ranger 4x4 RF brakes locked up so we changed out the caliper (napa) and put new pads on. He drove to a interview and it froze up again! Bearings/hub spun fairly freely when we were doing the work. Any ideas what this could be, another bad caliper? Axle? He said the truck pulled to the right as he was driving and a slight pulsing.

Its not common but sometimes the soft hose will collapse(fall apart) inside and cause the fluid pressure to be stuck in the caliper effectively locking up the affected wheel.
