Very hard... Unless you want to do a SAS... 2wd and 4wd Rangers have completely different engine crossmembers that would need to be swapped, and new beams, and new tranny, driveshafts, etc... Easier and more cost effective to sell yours and buy a 4wd or do a SAS...
