question about manifold

went down to the zone and bought some exhaust manifold gaskets, when i went to install the explorer manifolds I noticed just a slight misalignment of the holes from the forward to the rear, i was able without to much effort to get them started, i just it would have been a little better alignment.

anyone every seen this before
