I have the D28 and 7.5" and i am looking at getting some gears from people on here, But my question is if one person has 4.11's as I see being sold at randy's and stuff, would I have a problem if the other axle was 4.10? In other words would the .01 make a huge difference? 4 by is normally only driven in loose conditions anyways (mud/ice/sand ect.).

I once read that within 1% will work.(Article actually used 4.10 and 4.11 as an example.) But let's see what everyone else has to say.

no problems at all. you are talking about a fraction of a percent difference here.

i HIGHLY recommend you swap in a dana 35 if you plan on re-gearing. a d35 can be had hub to hub for around 100 bucks at it will hold up much better. re-gearing a d28 is not a good investment. the 7.5 will hold up just fine.

.01 is roughly %.0025 difference. your tires are most likely .5 different. it will not have any effect at all
