Question about Clutch (US vs MXN Ranger)

Hello, I have a 2006 Ranger Crew Cab XL 2.3l Duratec, which is Mexican, and I am going to buy a new clutch.
My truck comes stock with an Eaton-Fuller transmission, which I am aware was not available in the US market, my question is if I can buy a normal clutch from the US Ranger and will it fit?

Does anybody have the specs like how many splines and disc diameter?

I would hate to have bought a US Ranger spec clutch only to discover that it does not fit, although the transmission might be different, the engine should be the same and would like to think that the output shaft should be the same whether it is a US Spec or Mexican Spec Ranger.

Any help in this matter would be very helpful.

Do you have any pictures of this transmission or the Eaton-Fuller part number?

I cannot find any information about Ranger's having anything but the M5OD.

As far as the clutch goes, I imagine the Flywheel and Pressure plate are the same, but the friction disc may have different splines IF that Eaton-Fuller transmission has a different input shaft. The slave cylinder may be different as well.

Pictures would help us figure this out.

While I have note yet opened the trans to check this, here is a pic of the trans plate.
I have the slave cylinder, bought it new, and as for all the parts I have seen, it is the same concentric slave from the pics I've seen from the M5OD, with the exception that mine is what I would think a newer version that has a rubber boot over most of it, in order to protect the seals, as well it has the same "gold" quick disconnect connection, haven't installed it though.

Trans is a 3 piece design (bell, housing and tail, 5 speed with OD, and torque-y gears, they are really short) which is what the "D" means in the number "FSO 2405D"

I found a link to a PDF link below or in Google, type in "FSO-2405 Eaton" should be the first link, it is a full almost like manual including blueprints on these transmissions, and a complete teardown and repair, although it is in Spanish.

Based on these schematics, I may be wrong but it seems it has either 23 splines, based on page 80 or 31 splines based on page 83, but not sure.

The input shaft is definitely 23 spline, which is what the spline count is on the LUK 07140 clutch kit for the North American 2.3 Duratec M5OD.

That trans does have a really low first gear.

Well, it does feels even lower, I can barely do 15mph in first gear, since I have an 8.8 with 4.10 gears. Another reason why I'd like to change the trans. Are all M5OD geared the same? Or are they different ones like with my Eaton trans?
So that I can be on the look out for the correct ratio/gearing, truck can barely do 70mph in 5th, it sits around 4k rpms, I would think it is a bit high for travelling at a constant highway speed, but I have read that these engines do good MPG at higher rpms, though I cannot corroborate that.

What size are your tires? I would expect your RPM's to be closer to 2700-3000 with 4.10 gearing and an .809 5th gear.

Are you sure you have 4.10 gearing and that your speedometer is correct?

M5OD gearing is as follows:

3.40 / 2.05 / 1.31 / 1.00 / 0.79 (4.0L Engines)
3.72 / 2.20 / 1.50 / 1.00 / 0.79 (All Other Engines)

So, 5th is basically the same.

Unless I am reading the tag incorrectly, I should have 4.10 gears, I have 31's and I know my speedo is a little off, I have taken this into account using a cellphone GPS speedo as well as brand GPS screen, here is a pic of the tag:
