I'm looking at a 2000 Ranger, how can I easily tell if its pvh or not?

Live axle has a 32mm Nut in the center of the hub, center of lugnuts.

98-00 are pvh for what ive read, no exeptions
Pretty positive many 2000's have live axles since they switched partially through the year. you can tell the PVH by a white circular screen on the hub.
