You need to take that to Warbirds Over Delaware. Toward the end, they have what they call electric mayhem. Pilots put up planes they're willing to lose and fly them around. Spectators get to shoot at the planes with air guns or potato guns. And that's a fact. If you scour youtube enough, you'll find the proof.

In the state of New Jersey the purchase of a pumpkin purchased for decoration is not taxed, but if it purchased for food the transaction is taxed.

If I purchase a pumpkin with the intent to make a jack-o-lantern with the husk and cook the seeds for eating, how should the transaction be properly taxed?

Lol so if it's the deli at the store when hot its taxed, however if packaged and placed in the cooler, once it's been heated to long, it becomes untaxable, how ever that would be a good plan if it worked I see where you were going.

My wife carved one about a week ago... she loves the smell of burning pumpkin. Must be some fond childhood memory. I'm getting so blind I had a hard time with mine... no more difficult patterns for me. I just finished mine... talk about putting it off til the last minute.
