pulsation noise from front brakes

what can cause a vibration noise in my front brakes. I already paid for new front brakes (rotors+pads). I took my truck back to the shop and they told me it was cause they need breaking in. Sounds like bs to me.
The pedal does not pulsate its just a pulsation noise coming from the front brakes.

some pads doo need breaking in, and u have new rotors too??, maybe thats why, give em some soft use, when braking do it like in pulses, not stepping in the pedal, so the pads make their own path in the rotor, remember that the pads leave a polish-like path in the rotor from use, maybe thats what yours need

yes the rotors were new aswell. What your suggesting makes some sense like maybe they just need to be polished but the noise I'm hearing sounds a little to rough for that, almost like part of the rotor disc has some serious corrosion on it but yet they look fine.
Is there any other ideas, just want my brakes to last.

How long have the new brakes been on there, and how many miles have you put on them? All pads have a bed in time, but that shouldn't be more than a few days of daily driving.

6000km

I've already got 6000km on them and they were done over a year ago

Then they definitely shouldn't be doing that anymore. Has it been doing it since they were new? Any chance the rotors are warped?

I don't think I noticed this noise when they were new. If they were warped wouldn't that make my pedal pulsate? Like I said it's more of a pulsation noise the pedal does not pulsate.

I know it did when my Saturn's rotors went but those were in really bad shape, they were warped and pitted and a shoe had come apart so I don't know what caused the harsh feedback in the petal.

check your tires and rims if you havent already done so. i dont know what your noise sounds like so that may even sound like a dumb idea. you would have a catastrophic result long before you put a year on the brakes if a baring was the issue but since you only put 6000km on in the last year it may be worth checking out. also unlikely but check the caliper bolts. you would most (99.9%) likely feel the vibration through the pedal and have an abs light if the bolts were loose but who knows. or it could be something dumb like a bent dust shield rubbing the rotor.

so was wondering if you tried any of my ideas with a successful result?
