The following is my review, as posted and emailed to management:
"Ordered a set of Falken Wild Peak A/T in 31x10.5x15. Order and shipping was superb. Went to install them today at my local (TN 009) store, where Trevor informed me that the local store price was 40 dollars less per tire. I called the website number, and spoke to Tomas Rodriguez at extension 51869, and...was pleasantly treated by both individuals (repeat customer, and that store AND customer service for the site were slammed!), and both individuals never faltered from polite, worked together, and promptly and courteously offered the refund of the difference in price between site and store. Outstanding customer service by both parties."
Yes, have pics after install. Remind me, and I'll upload tomorrow.
Eta: Price difference between site and store was 40 dollars per tire. Not chump change. That's half my electric bill.
