Proper offset and back spacing

I'm looking to run 31x10.5 r15's on a 15x8 Cragar D-window wheel. The suspension on my 2008 Ford Ranger is at stock height. What offset and backspacing to I need to avoid rubbing and strain on the suspension parts? I'm clueless. I know the stock offset is +12 and the backspacing is 4.5 on the stock 15x7.
