Project: Twin Screw

Rick - how about some specs on the ST? I am not 100% sure what you put into it other than a 302 w/ 4R70W trans.

So since the ST is about payed for, it is time to plan a few mods after a few repairs first.

1. 52" LED Light bar across the top of the wind shield
2. 4" Suspension lift (SVT I may need your help with this one)
3. Install the SC and all needed components

I think that will call it good.......................for now.

Hoosier............................out!

Sorry, I'm a little late on the response. 5.0 with 168k miles from a 99 explorer, 4R70W 4wd from a 00 explorer with 68k miles, 4404 tcase, rear axle from a 99 explorer (8.8 limited slip with disc brakes), dual oil filter kit, external trans oil filter, dual trans oil coolers, & power mustang bucket seats. Thats the big stuff, I'm sure I'm missing a few little things...

I still don't understand the whole light bar thing.

I got hassled with having two 55w lights for being on at night on my headache rack that are clearly pointed where my headlights are and was told "it blinds other drivers as they pass" according to the officer. So I don't turn them on anymore unless I'm in the country driving.

I plan on using mine out hunting retrieving a harvest or driving down country roads. I may try to hide it behind the grill. It is still up in the air.

So I had to replace the first part on the ST on Friday night, PCM relay. It was HEAVILY corroded. Rick helped me figure out what was wrong. I checked several different things while on the phone with him.

At least it was something simple.

Now that it is paid off, LET THE MODS BEGIN!

First TRUE mod

I think I am going to build a mini/hidden vault under the back seat of the Sport Trac.

That's thinking with your dipstick.

More like my booger hook.

Well over the long weekend, SVT replaced the upper/lower ball joints, CV shaft and wheel bearing hub on the drivers side. Good thing too. There was nothing left of the hub since it grenaded on me.

I would like to meet him in person one day.

He's my tech adviser in a group I'm admin of, v8 ranger swap group, on Facebook.

I have met him several times. He is a stand up guy for sure.
