ok, the pics wont be too good cause im using an old 4.0mp camera and i just plain suck at taking good pics.
this is my ford ranger stx i bought in oct for $500 with all of reciepts(even the order papers and the build sheet). got it cheap because the owner thought it had blown heads(again) but it was a few burnt wires that i fixed.
since then ive done the normal things you do when you buy a used truck.
the only reason i wanted this ranger instead of a running better condition (and cheaper) ranger was because when i seen pictures of this style a few years back i fell in love with it and wanted one. well i got it and now its going to be rebuilt original(ish)
this is the pic that i think got me hooked on the look
im going to be fixing the body panel first where he slid into a pole. i traded a haynes repair book for the interior panels i needed, the jumpseats(for parts to fix mine and the sheetmetal i need from the outside of the truck to repair mine.(best deal ive made yet) just ned to get a cheap welder and bondo
area i need to redo.
even on top of the cab a bit. i know people who can do good sheetmetal work luckily (im only redoing the outer skin and fixing the jump seat do it folds back)
the cancer ill be fixing also
a few months ago i bought some new rims(bigger tires will be on them soon)also got power doors to put in when i get the chance(in back of the bed)
also got another aluminum brushguard for free from my cousin a year ago
list of mods:
3 different name tires 2 mich radial x lt tires on front, 1 michxw4 on rear and a firetone wilderness at on the rear.
removed custom bedmat(large industrial conveyor belt peice) and tailgate(better milage beleive it or not)
new dual hd radio(80 bucks from pepboys)
20 dollar front walmart speakers(sound lab or something)
and some more stuff im forgetting
