just curious, how come you've got the sharp corner at the front of the fender, instead of following the normal arc?

i dont have a tube roller. that open area will be plated.

I'm green with envy over that Tube Notcher. Forget everything else, that's the one tool I really whished I had when doing my tube work (Chop saw/angle grinder notching sucks!).

I like the way this is shaping up, try not to die out there in the heat!

It's deffinantly handy, that one is narrowed at the moment. I'm planning on a baileigh tn-250 when I get some money down the road. They are the best notcher out there, but the price shows it lol

Thanks man, I spent about 2 hours yesterday just sitting in the chair trying to figure out how I wanted to do everything. Still haven't figured it all out but all you can do is play with it and see what I come up with.

Awesome lookin work man... I can't bring myself to have the patience for sheet metal work, most everything I do is in 3/16" or heavier!

trust me its driving me insane. thats why everything ive added has been 10g and 1/8th inch.

i hate having to tack weld it all, and ive still managed to warp some of it a little. i think most of it i can fix though.

thanks guys

man your putting things back on! how strange....

looking really good though, with all the custom cutting out back are there plans for the front? like a dovenose.... :D

itd help on tight trails with the size of this thing.

havent really decided yet, we'll see how plasma crazy i get.

I wanna see what happens to the front.. I've got a couple of jeep guys wanting an ex after seeing this. They are thinking-- they would swap axles anyways to tons... The 4.0 ford is NICE. and the extra back seat room/doors would be awesome. It's like a beefed up and better Cherokee. WITH A FRAME! lol

lol ive got a few ideas up my sleeve.

i always wanted to chop my old cherokee, but the hatch area's are so small its not really even worth doing. might have 2 feet of bed space in one done like this.

It's looking good Jon :icon_thumby:
