Thanks man, you use a hole sawdust matches the size of your tube. 1.5 tube 1.5 hole saw.
 
ok , that makes sense , that is just the cheapest way i have ever seen a notcher done , i am just looking into stuff for when i open my own shop because i plan to do Custom Fab and Off-Road stuff
 
It's just a pro-tools notcher. Not something I made, just made it work it my drill press.

the one i had wont fit, ill have to find another place to put them or find a smaller light.
 
I'd like to weigh all the scrap that I've cut and see what it weighs.

Looks so much better now. You can just go with the 4" round LED's. Granted, you won't have reverse lights, but i am sure you could add them to the bottom/bumper/whatever-the-hell-you-put-there
