Project Craigslist find.

Picked this up off craigslist this week. It has the 302 already in it with the auto out of a 92 bronco. New paint and lots of extras. Not 100% sure what I plan to do with it but it was hard to pass up for $500.

I will post more pics this weekend if it stops raining.

It does run. 5.0 out of an explorer only has 50K on it. Same with trans. It is 4X4. I already have a street truck build in progress that I am planing to pull the bed and cab off to restore the frame. I plan to put this cab and bed on that frame and part out the other body parts and the 4x4 frame and axles. I will hang on to the 302 for another project and the trans will be a backup for my 93 F150 that is starting to slip.

Yea I was on the phone and out the door pretty quick when I saw the price on it. He had it on there a few times before but never had a price.

Wow it had been a long time since I have been on here. I have been really busy this last year with a new job and new house so I have not done much with the truck. I did manage to get the cab and bed swapped to the 2wd frame. I am finishing up putting a new motor in my son's S10 then I will have more time and room in the garage to get going on the truck. Here are some pictures of it setting on the 2wd frame and the swap.
