welders, chargers, drills, angle grinders, cutoff saws, dremels, lights. just to name a few lol. if you're building noah's ark, you should be fine lol.


just bustin balls man. looks pretty sweet. i could fit my EX and my BII in there. i'd fully submerge myself in deet before i walked back there and take along my mossberg for any snakes that have made a home. a bush hog will make quick work of that mess, maybe squirt some round up in a few places

I've got 2000 watts anywhere george can go. If i need more than that i've got a real generator. The mess inside is pretty bad but there's hard pack under it all. A few sheets of plywood should get the roof suitable. Beyond that i'm gonna clear a narrow path to the door but keep it hidden. A padlock on the door and a few no trespassing sings should keep people out.

Right now just letting me use it. I offered to pay rent but the guy told me if i turn it into something worth having then its mine.

only reason i ask is because i would hate for you to bust your ass getting it set up, then the guy "change his mind". I'd try to get it in writing.

I love the look though. Old rag-ed barn back in the weeds with a kick ass shop inside. Just don't want ya to get screwed over buddy

Even if i have it in writing i would have no protection in such an event. At most i would have 30 days to get out. Its a risk i'm willing to take right now. If i put paperwork in front of him he might just tell me to walk, that's not a risk i'm willing to take.
