I done it, I blew my paycheck. I broke down and bought 80' of Amsteel blue 5/16" winchline, with a black safety thimble

Offset hawse is next....maybe a week or two. Early Christmas!

Nice. I LOVE my synth line and hawse, Im sure you will too. It is so much nicer using the winch now, rather than fighting with stupid cable.

Now that would take the guess work out if it all

SAS won't be for a while, but I'm fairly positive it will happen. My secret plan is to build a HP D44 and Ford 9" on the side and wheel my current setup and get some good use out of it. Basically I want to narrow and build the D44 in my spare time, with all the trimmings and make it a bolt on, 3-day weekend job to swap it in. Only things I will have to fab will probably be the tranny crossmember , drag link and trac bar.

I am not going SAS cuz my D35 isn't strong enough, I'm eventually going that route to rig myself of the TTB steering woes.

HP D44 is perfect
