The problem I have is I can start my truck, It will Idle breifly and die, It will stay running if I fether the throtle. When it dies it still has fuel in the bowl. I have gas in the tank

try pushing gas pedal to the floor once or twice before turning the key.this should set the carb on the fast idle cam, engine shouls idle fast for a minute or two, then pump the pedal one time to release it to normal idle.fwiw.whats the period since last tune up?

Could be many things. including a vacuum leak - first place to look for that is the fitting behind the carb.

Pull codes would be my first step, along with a visual inspection with particular attention to vac lines.

Thanks guys I got it to run but it still runs crappy, unevan idle, I have no leaks I think it is just a adjustment problem
