problem with 4wd

I have a 97 mazda b4000. it has just started to snow, and my 4wd just started to go haywire. i have on the fly 4wd, but i have warn hubs. I tried engaging it into 4wd, and it didn't do anything, and every now and then the 4wd lights flash at me. I think it might be a fuse because i just put some kc lights on my truck and a fuse popped, and i switched one out to test if it was the stereo i popped, and i think i might have the put the fuse back in the wrong spot, does anyone have a good fuse diagram for the 97 ranger?

GO to teh tech library and look up the article for cleaning your 4x4 shift motor. Its a 20 minutes job and fixes 90% of shift problems with 4wheel drive.
