I found a Procomp Lift for cheap, with everything I need, the only problem is that it is a 6" lift, not a 4". I only need/ want a 4".

So my question is, would it be possible to drill a new set of hole 1-2" higher than the exhisting pivot holes, to basicly make it a 4" lift, not a 6".
Or, could I just use 4" coils instead of the 6"? I know you can lift the TTB 2" (from the exhisting pivot holes) but does the same go for lowering it 2"?

Help pronto would be nice!

Thanks

EDIT: Just called the guy and he said that the kit has the hole for a 6" and a 4" in the drop brackets. I thought only the SkyJacker was that way...
EDIT2: Pro Comp only made 2wd lifts for 93-97 didn't they? I am looking at thier site, and all I see is 2wd stuff.

EDIT3: Well, the guy doesn't know what he is talking about. He says it has two sets of holes, 4" and 6", and he says it is a Procomp. Sounds to me like a 4/6" Skyjacker lift.
I'm passing on it, but if anybody in the Seattle/ western Washington area wants it, it is a lift and a D35 with manual hubs for 500, the guy has it on Craigslist, and is Covington.

A Skyjacker kit only comes up to about 4.5" on a Supercab truck. I'd be all over that one.
