Pretty urgent simple question...quick reply apperciated...

In the middle of doing U joints on rusty 2.0 (87 ranger 2wd/5sp), i pulled both the front slip and rear yokes off not thinking, nature called and i had to answer, went back out and i forgot which is front and back on the driveshaft.

Im 99% i remember, but does it even matter? Dont want to redo this for a while...

If there are balancing weights, those are generally toward the rear though.

Ol gal aint going anywhere till i go today and order tires. I parked it friday, went out yesterday to do the ujoints, and had another tire blow the sidewall out as i backed it over the 2 inch lip into the barn.

Goin to order tires today, im gonna just pull the rims and haul them up there.

Oh man oh man those are some dry rotted tires then! lol

Decades ago, I had a tire on my girlfriend's car pop hitting a curb at about 3mph. Those were pretty rotted.
