Hey all- got a m5od and its been catching middle-high so I spec'd out the slave using factory manual. It says if the slave bearing movement from up to fully depressed is over 7.5mm to replace disc and pressure plate; I'm at 10mm. I put all new stuff in there 23k miles ago and disc wear looks great so figuring the fingers of pressure plate are bad; can I just replace pressure plate? Trying to save some cash if possible. TIA-

If the clutch is working ok and not leaking, just drive and forget it.

I lost drive power coming home other night and figured the clutch let go because its been catching high so I pulled trans, ended up being the transfer case. Should have moved slower and thought it through better but trans is out. When I replaced everything 23k miles ago for some reason the clutch never caught where it should so I'd like to fix it if I can now. Can I just replace pressure plate or is it best to replace as a set? They sell plate only and need to spend as little as possible but don't want to waste time either.
