oh, come on. You've seen worse. I think it might even look pretty cool if he ever finishes it. The problem with that kind of project is they rarely get finished. Even a little smoothing of his rough Fiberglas work would have helped. I do think he should have done a bit more work before posting pics of it but it might look OK.... for a street queen. Notice it is parked in front of WalMart?
