I read about Lemons car once with a Polaris triple snowmobile engine in it. I think it was a Miata and they called it Balto. Apparently it actually worked decent, though a few more horsies (or doggies) than the Ranger above. I actually have a sled engine that I will probably try to put in my Ranger when this one goes..
