Powerdome hood swap fitment issue

How do you go about lining those up?
I'll be pulling some motors soon and am worried about being able to get them re-aligned

Most likely you will need to first go ahead and loosen the hood latch push it up to max and re-tighten it. (there isn't a ton of adjustment but it should help a little bit). In the end if needing more you can wobble the holes out a bit to get just a little more height from it.

If you snug the 4 bolts to the hood hinges a little, it will hold it in place but you can shut it and shift the hood around to make sure the left and right fender-too hood gaps are equal, then you can open it carefully and reach under and snug a couple bolts tighter to hold it in place. Then just spin the rubber stoppers up and down to make the left and right corners of the hood to match the height of front edge of the fenders. You may have do both these steps quite a few times to get it in the best position.

Rangers have pretty big panel gaps, and they aren't the straightest either. So there is alot of play, and you may not get the gaps on both fenders exactly equal. But you can also loosen the 8mm bolts on the tops of the fenders to help equal the fender-to-hood gaps using fender adjustments in conjunction with the hoods 4 bolts.

Awesome man! I think I can work with that. Thanks a lot
