can any one tell me if the door glass is the same between a manual window and a power window?

They are the same according to LMC website...if they were different they would be listed as such (with power/without power)...

There is a difference between 83-92 and 93-2011 though...sometimes easier to just swap the whole door but that's not necessarily the least expensive way to do it...
