I've noticed in the local salvage yards that this wasn't a huge option on the Ranger. I don't know what my options are for this, anyone know if Explorer regulators are a bolt in?

I don't know about Explorer regulators, but Rock auto still has new ones, and the mechanism is fairly simple, very similar to a manual crank regulator. If all else fails is shouldn't be too hard to take it apart and clean it and fix it, assuming the beam isn't bent or broken. Probably going to be harder to get it off of the door.
