Power Windows Stuck

Put in new windshield 96 Explorer lowered windows a bit to let window set , now can't get windows up , fuse ok , locks do work on same fuse as windows . Any thoughts ?

Just for fun, sit in the drivers seat and hold the up switch while slamming the door.

If it starts to go up you need a new motor. I have a bad motor in my truck's driver door, I have to do that every so often.
