theres a number of ways to do it depending on available tools and equipment.
the easiest way for the home mechanic is probably to just remove the lines at the box and drain the system, then hook everything back up and fill it up with fresh fluid. there will be an insignificant amount of old fluid left in the box, but it will soon be diluted with fresh fluid.
